Get Leads from Us! – Refinance our existing loans

We also work closely with Brokers to re-finance many of our existing accounts. Eligible accounts typically have been with us for 6 to 18 months, may or may not have a prepay. These accounts typically started with poor or no credit, and are at a higher interest rate. After paying us for a number months, they have improved their credit (our mortgages are reported monthly to TransUnion), and are looking to re-finance for a lower rate.

Home Sales with Owner Financing

We also have a portfolio of homes sold with owner financing. These are low interest loans that we have made. These are mortgages or contracts for deed, not lease options. They typically have a 2-year balloon, with a rate of 5 to 7 percent on a 30-year amortization. The customers started with decent credit and qualifying income. They are now looking to re-finance after a history of good payments, which are reporting to the credit bureaus, into a long-term loan, before the balloon expires.
