Lending Process
Step 1
Call Gus, Martin, or Bart to talk about your loan options—(office) 502-585-5200. To speak with Gus directly, call (cell) 502-262-2067. Within the first 2 minutes, we will determine if a loan is right for you.
Step 2
We say Yes, you fax (502-589-6203) or email (gusgoldsmith@yahoo.com) the following documentation:
a) A complete standard credit application:

b) A copy of the Purchase and Sale Agreement, if a purchase transaction.
c) Proof of income to satisfy the loan.
d) Homeowner’s insurance.
Step 3
We order an inspection of your property from a local inspector. You pay for the inspection upfront. Please DO NOT order an appraisal yourself. We cannot accept an appraisal we did not order.
Step 4
Once the inspection report and title work is complete, the closing documents will be prepared and the loan closing will be set up usually within 1-3 days at an attorney office or title company. All taxes and liens must be paid off before, or at loan closing.
Step 5
Loan closes and money is distributed to you.
